cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook, the views from the 4 patio doors were

super friendly staff allowed us an early check in.

the rooms are huge and the fireplace, hot tub and kitchenette make the stay even nicer

splurged on a spa room and found it very clean, spacious, and well furnished

we booked the windmill suite with the heart-shaped jacuzzi tub (it is no longer the redish-pink spa tub that's in the pictures

was nice just some ants in kitchen

the spa tub is flaking badly and needs to be

the only thing that needed improving was the spa bath

location. the spa tub. and cabin itself was amazing.

we had ants in our kitchen the day we arrived and i'm pretty sure we brought some of them home

was able to park my truck and trailer in the motel spaces

and believe it or not, they have no pet fee they are the most dog friendly location in helen

great shower, bath amenities, makeup mirror, coffee, robe/slippers, stocked minibar

the room is great and the food was delicious!! the pool was very comfortable and peaceful

we were a little early in the season for the pool which did, however, look inviting

beautiful mountain vistas , golf course, hiking trails, spa

we loved the room! clean, bed was comfortable. food/ room service was amazing!

kitchenette was included in the description, but it did not exist..........

a mini bar is available on site during happy hour

bedroom was very spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipped except for a lack of cutlery, staff was polite and professional except

middle room had the upstairs, kitchen etc so often heard guest moving around above you

enjoyed our suite, i came with everything you could think of, from kitchen items to toiletries

lack of kitchen available for late dinner no garbage cans outside

don’t know about you but i’m not paying 50 dollars a plate for something not fresh out of the kitchen

for kids and family

check in was easy, offered a free light breakfast

the lobby was covered in water from kids out of the pool

to slow dance with a woman by tha pool area under the lights

the breakfast and the hotel was amazing

the breakfast was good the room was excellent along with the staff was very friendly and so nice

the waffles were good, but the breakfast menu was a bit scant.

fact that i was the only one in the breakfast area and staff who wasnt present until i walked in dtood and stared at me the whole time
