an e mail that the pool was closed for maintenance since june- the day before our stay

we used the very small gym 3 days in a row and it had not been replenished of towels or cleaned the entire time

home like feeling, from the fully equipped kitchen, to the gas fireplace, to the balcony

cleanliness, gas fireplace, appliances, bathroom, comfortable bed, location, kitchen facility; overall high quality and good value for the money

spacious rooms were well appointed and comfortable. kitchen and in-room laundry available.

the kitchen and laundry were an added bonus

we were there 3 days so it was nice to be able to do a small load of laundry so we could pack clean clothes to leave

thin--we heard everything the people upstairs were doing, from casually walking around, to doing laundry, to arguing, to having sex

loved that it had laundry in our room that’s a bonus

from the kitchen to the bathroom, every corner reflected care and attention

nice bar and courtyard and breakfast

bar stayed open past 10pm, especially since that’s the only access to ice at the property

the much-touted bar wasn't actually open any of the three nights we were there

breakfast was a delight

location, cleanliness, quiet, fitness center was great!

new, modern rooms. great breakfast. good parking and location.

google maps took us thru the taco bell parking lot and it was confusing

the fitness center had free weights, a cable machine, stair stepper and treadmill, which was unexpected

the location was excellent and the breakfast basket was a nice touch! will definitely come back.

even nicer was the fact that when one person in our party who does not drink alcohol went to the bar to purchase a soft drink, there was no charge

a breakfast basket is delivered to your room each morning with food that can be eaten in your room or

only thing, but i do understand about, i wish they had gluten/dairy free combo for the breakfast basket, they only had either or

we loved the perks of having a breakfast basket each morning and the complimentary jeep service

massage at posiedon spa was amazing

did not get a chance to try their spa but it was cozy and the people were so nice

toilet was way too low and no bar to get down to it. other than that was perfect stay.

the restaurant and bar has a good selection of food and drinks - while we were there we saw a lot of families with

the meals we ordered through room service, however, were delicious, so i guess there are just some inconsistencies with the food

even though we paid the extra pet fee, we were given seating at the very front entrance with our dog

food downstairs was good and my husband and i enjoyed evening drinks and morning coffee while the kids slept in

the breakfast is awesome too

terrific breakfast - way beyond typical hotel fare

of the hotel was closed and i wasn t told room service was only breakfast, bar was closed the two days we were there and little things like

clean big comfy rooms rooftop bar and great location

unfortunately the gym was closed due to hurricane consequences.

the gym is nice and clean, the room was very clean and i like the location

nice rooftop bar with fire pits which is nice on cool evenings

wish i was able to tell from the listing just what was included in the kitchenette, i would have taken more of an advantage of it
