staff at the reception and in the bar - location (close to a park, close to the highway, 15 minutes walk from the city walls) - that (+)i went to the bar and fran was excellent, great attention and great service (+)nice bar attached to hotel (+) the hard working gentlemen at the bar in the evening and at breakfast again in the morning made my stay (-) bar not v inviting so we didn't go there for breakfast (+) the cafe / bar was very nice and reasonably priced

big spacious gym with lots of gear

gym has good equipment, but no fresh air, is stuffy and room has a strong smell

the staff were friendly and very helpful. the gym was very good and opn from 0700 to 2400 hrs.

larger balcony room opened to the main street facing the muralla and was above the dining and bar area, so not super quiet when music playing at night, but otherwise no problem

and helpfulness, cleanness, size and comfort of the room, view from the window, location, breakfast, checkout time

cafes and ice cream shops just outside the door, also excellent paselleria which are good for breakfast

the pool is a work of art

the gardens are delightful and the pool area is a hidden treasure edged by the wall of the city
