food wasn't what i expected from a 5 star hotel the only good was breakfast

an open space for swimming inside the hotel, i asked the receptionist and he said there was no pools open

bad organization for meals, water in hotel guest pool was not hot

attractive of the place is the hot springs; however, they only have one regular size pool for the guest of the hotel

the breakfast should be a little beat complete for the price ,but it was very nice stay .

next morning they prepared a typical mexican breakfast for us and we also tried their home made pulque, which is a slightly alcoholic beverage

also i must give credits to breakfast which was delicious

the included breakfast consists of a coffee, milk, pastry and a small portion of fruit

the beds are very comfortable, the room service is exceptional, and the central garden is very charming

pool was too far from rooms, water was not warm, there were not many chairs to sit and hard to find

hacienda had different things to do; horse riding, pinpong, little football, tennis, sqash and a pool the rooms had enough plates and microwave and

bar and activities are a great plus

indoor pool was great,restrooms and showers clean, the only thing was the sauna wasn’t

we wanted to have access to the facilities of the hotel like the restaurant and the pool, but we were too far away from it
