spa was very busy

really lovely leisure facilities, the room was clean and comfy and the breakfast was really nice

could do with more people behind the bar when busy

the restaurant was very good and the bar area was phenomenal

the bar staff were really friendly and helpful

it was so hot and on the first night very noisy. i think we mist have been above the bar there.

the wall, but made us laugh out loud, chris was brilliant hotelier extraordinaire, receptionist, bar man, breakfast valet, late night service always there

within 10 minutes a beautiful breakfast hamper was delivered with fresh milk and orange juice

brand new accommodation breakfast left for us i left some items and they were very kind and posted back to my home for me

the wifi wasn t very strong & kept buffering.

there s a variety of cereals and pastries in the room or you can also use the kitchen where there s cereals, bread, eggs and everything you need so there s no time

and we even have been allowed to use a kitchen

young staff in the bar are a little unprofessional

and breakfast is a great start to our days here so really nothing much to complain about
