historical hotel with a mixologist bar that served upon request amazing drink with smoke and herbs

check in was easy and we enjoyed some wood fired pizza and a couple of cocktails at the attached bar while we waited

the pool is an obvious highlight and we had it all to our selves more often than not

the breakfast was divine - super healthy yogurt, granola, avocado toast, hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit

tasteful furnishing, beautiful landscaping and pool, friendly hosts

wonderful healthy breakfast, and a pool to stay all day relaxing although dont forget to go to the beach for the sunset

finally, there is not enough parking and the pool bar was rarely staffed when promised

there is a bar and fab daybeds and lounge chairs

having a restaurant, bar on sight was a plus

our waiters and bar tender were great and fun

loved the staff, ruben at the bar made the best pina colada i’ve ever had

the mini bar wasn't replenished on a daily cadence, but other than that we have no complaints.

complaint would potentially be the price of the pool bar drinks and seating options around the pool

minor complaint is that the in-house bar shuts just before 10 pm, which feels a bit early if you re wanting to enjoy a glass of wine
