to stay but what made it stand out was the landlord dave his lovely wife and olivia and jack the bar

it had a lovely bar and staff were lovely

at 2 am i went downstairs to find the bar music system playing and nobody around

after main course, never asked if i wanted another drink with my meal so had to walk to the bar and order/collect it myself, waiting staff all busy sitting round chatting with the locals

breakfast was very busy so had to sit in the bar area as restaurant full so be sure to book a table when you check in

room - lovely peaceful setting and views - nice atmosphere in the bar with friendly staff and great cocktails - would definitely recommend
