nice lobby with sports bar type restaurant

i really enjoyed the bar within the hotel very convenient and friendly staff.

loved the bar downstairs, also good location between the two towns

screen tv w/many channels coffee maker & refrigerator, cleanliness throughout the hotel, great bar and restaurants inside hotel (we went to annapurna, the indian/nepal restaurant and the food

the pool was very clean as well as the hottub

the hotel bar is wonderful,with a buzzy feel and has a great terrace overlooking the mountains with cosy fire

the service in the bar restaurant was poor, not enough staff.

the on-site laundry facilities were also a nice amenity

the bar does not open until 5:00pm. to force one to wait that long is uncivilized.

the pool and hot tubs were relaxing spots and excellent

we loved the pool area and the access to epic discovery

also has a bar and pizza salon at the facility, which was great

the updates, the year-round indoor outdoor pool, terry at the front desk was particularly wonderful

location was a bit difficult for us to manage with kids, shuttling back and forth to town for skiing and dinner

the kids loved the pool and the jacuzzi with the mountain view

community, outstandingly beautiful resort, top of the line appliances and kitchen equipment, cleanliness and comfort

the residence was missing basic items like laundry detergent and most basic spices in kitchen.

& upgrade to the next condo which was incredible updated with beautiful furnishings & renovated kitchen & bathrooms

lobby bar area too small

only thing that detracted from our stay was the number of young children in the bar and lounge area during happy hour and while the live entertainment was on

front desk lazy and unprepared, waiters and bar tenders slow and nearly rude

loved the hot tub by the main pool, the bar by the lobby was great

the size and location of the hotel plus the costs a whiskey at the bar at maybe 35 dollars!
