i did not use the spa because i am a therapist with 45 years experience, and their treatments with young kids who

they gave us an late check out so we could enjoy one more dip in the very nice hot springs pool

i did the reservation for two adults and two kids including breakfast

really enjoyed the bar in the lobby

location is very good and fitness centre is amazing but a/c was not working.

i waited hours to order an espresso from the bar to try and get my coffee fix and still there was no real caffeine

i would have given a 10 but the bar and well drinks weren’t stocked because of busy weekend.

loud music videos a constantly playing in the bar area.

is in very good condition, the staff was extra friendly and courteous and the fact that is also a water park is genius

rate included use of water park facilities/shows. right off the highway. easy access.

gym needs more equipment. ice machine needs to be in a floor available for everyone.
