the hotel is located next to a large bar and the music is concert-level loud

gps, we also had a note that said there was free breakfast but we could only find the breakfast bar which you had to pay

the bar across the street was too noisy.

of particular note, gary - the bartender who works at night was a great person to interact with and get to know when we were
