one night we re were in the owl bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes

the owl bar and the tree room restaurant are wonderful

the new pool was lovely and largely the staff was super helpful and professional

room service was available

since we had been traveling for 10 days prior, we appreciated the free, laundry facilities right outside our room's door

the bar area is a nice feature

we could not have eggs, bacon, or other buffet style items, the selection was adequate, and the bar was closed

there was a used bar of soap in the shower in between the shampoo and conditioner

breakfast was really good; we also enjoyed a drink at the bar the night we arrived

are terrible i guess i can get a beer and drink in the lobby but have to order food to buy at the bar crazy- if you need a signature on a petition to change this i'm in

my kids would barely eat it, and we ordered a majority of the menu trying to find something acceptable

however i was a little disappointed because i read about the crater and golf being included in the price and it wasnt

far from dinning and golf

the pools were lukewarm which was the biggest bummer, we wanted to swim so bad but even the kids thought they were too cold

desk staff seemed to always be preoccupied, talking to the bar tender in the evening, eating breakfast in the morning

was also great as it was right in the center of everything we were looking for (we went to dry bar comedy about 2 blocks away, and mosaic church which was also about a block away)

they advertised restaurant & bar but it wasn’t open due to staffing

of the amenities were fabulous and we loved all of the fun activities held at the hotel and the pool exceed our expectations with live music and food and beverage service
