we were above the bar and could hear the music, but it did stop around 11

having a bar handy and nearness of a restaurant.

the bar wasn t open

slow bar service as only one barman on duty

so had to find somewhere nearby to eat as do not want to eat same menu for more than two nights bar closed 10pm - nowhere to sit and chat with friends

lunch bar snacks and drinks were available but there was no one to serve them

we did find the prices in the bar a little steep but probably on a par with the oceania hotels we have stayed at previously

also, main bar was shut for renovations
