nice swimming pool but the bar wasn't always staffed

alejandro in the bar and restaraunt is just an awesome guy, very kind, very humble

the restaurant and bar area was a long walk up a steep hill

the pool is lovely, and the breakfast and restaurant food is delicious

good privacy and swimming pool + spring good for kids and family.

morpho bar and restaurant was right at the hot springs and the bar service was excellent

we appreciated the hot springs bar area and the main restaurant as well

you feel like in jungle:-) lovely hot springs with bar you can have your drink in hot springs:-) place wad cleaned all the time

he showed us the pool, calibri restaurant, slide, river, hot springs, & snack bar

i did not enjoy the bloody mary's from the morpho bar

the pool had an awesome view of the jungle and the drinks at the bar was great

was very poor, breakfasts as well as all other options in menu

we reserved the jacuzzi everyday, had room service when it was raining and had a lovely time

beautiful pool, lovely tents, great bed

we'd so highly recommend this hotel to anyone, from honeymooners to families with young kids

-staff are friendly -safe and quiet area -clean room -hot shower -parking lot

although it is distant to the town, it is close to some kind of bar or nightclub that has a loud sound until late night

there was a bar not far away that provided heavily based sound until 3 am

the property sits back off of the road, you do get some noise from the adjacent car wash and a bar that are located nearby

it was also across from a great bar called chichas that we loved

the rooms were clean and spacious, the provided breakfast was delicious, the laundry service was easy and reasonable, and the owner truly cares that you have a nice stay

there's plenty of filtered water and a coffee/juice bar at the reception for guest use between 10am and 10pm

o then looked after us impeccably whenever we were in the bar or restaurant)

it has a bar on the upper floor (with a swing (+)staff was very friendly and helpful good location rooftop bar with nice view on volcano (-)was noisy in the evenings because of the hotel's bar that was just outside our room (-)bar service was lacking (+) there was a nice terrace with a bar although we did not use it (+)the first floor bar has an amazing view of the volcanoe (+)airy feel good communal spaces central location bar and restaurant on site hot powerful (+) the bar at the 3th floor is great, good music and food and very nice view (+) large terrace area very pleasant area to sit, with a bar and lots of open and sheltered sitting areas

great wifi connection and a fantastic terrasse zits a bar overlooking the volcano

is in the middle of the city center, which means is busy in the street and there is no parking space in front of the hotel if you bring a car, but this is compensated by the private

the dining area downstairs was also well kept and a delicious breakfast was served daily

they offer a private parking space 5 minutes walk from the hotel

it has one of the best restaurants and a great bar with lovely pool

nice temperature and generally very quiet, was that it was located right next to the restaurant / bar so it felt quite overlooked & there were no sun loungers to hang out on or to leave your

the hot springs are wonderful and the swim up bar is a real treat

after eating dinner at the swim up bar it was nice to retire to the room and have some quiet soaking time

bar is slow at serving drinks but it wasn t much of an inconvenience
