but also the bar staff at the hotel was awesome

i knew the hotel used to have a bar within the building,but no longer so that was key to my stay

they also have a great bar with food but its not free

this place is located next to michael’s bar which was also great

about this hotel at all we stay there everytime we go to newnport and i love that it has a bar on premises we always have a great time there

the bar areas and the feel of the resort.

the pool was great, the hot tub was relaxing

and every staff person i encountered was friendly and helpful - from the front desk staff, to the pool staff, to the lovely gentleman who helped me at 2 a

our family suite, which had a lovely view of the pool, was immaculate and exceptionally hygienic

we had 2 spa treatments and then spent a couple of hours at the pool

also, the hotel bar is fabulous and they have lots of bar food options

a 12 hour day at dollywood, having walked over 10 miles, we wanted one quick drink at the bar before retiring

the bar had great food and drinks, and the bartenders were very friendly

the bar was too small and they need a restaurant that is a menu based, instead of buffet style.

to eat a meal, you had to sit at the bar along the counter

parking is terrible they share a location in the same building with a rooftop bar and a restaurant/bar down stairs, so the guests of the hotel has no parking

rooftop bar we were looking forward to but was told it only opens to private events

there is a nice kitchen bar with seats but would be nice to sit down together

restaurant and roof bar were nice

i loved that it had a heated pool and a bar open late

we also love that the pool is heated and that they have a bar and restaurant right in the building

and drinks from the bar and staff was excellent

the arcade the bowling the food the bar were all spot on

also hannah at the bar downstairs then also upstairs was awesome

the breakfast bar food was sparse and cold

the rooftop bar restaurant lounge and outdoor area are fabulous and the food is great

the bar tender so nice and professional , his cocktails are suburb

hotel has a full service restaurant / bar downstairs that has delicious german food and the prices are reasonable

bar service could've been better- went to bar 2 times and was ignored both times.

the bar and kitchen area needs more help. they were working so hard and running behind.

after a day out u come back to relax and the tub closes at 10 while the bar next to it is open until 12

we also enjoyed having the full bar there that we could order drinks from and restaurant

convention center/ it was great to be able to just walk over jacob, who worked at the restaurant bar area is a true asset- your morning staff for the buffet is amazing
