room fine breakfast good staff friendly

i paid a suppliment for a pool view room- big mistake- loud music from 10am-18

friendly staff, delicious breakfast, a lot of facilities such as parking, spa, swimming pool

the hours of the opening of the bar was too small

room for my friends wedding and they said it would be there but it wasn't and i had to go to the bar so spoilt my surprise for my friend on her wedding

there is a bar behind it and it starts operating after 23:00

there was no bar other than at dinner, served 9pm till 11pm

we were travelling by bicycle and there was lots of space in the laundry area to store the bikes overnight

1) there was a fine view over the fortress

bar staff were a bit slow to attend but friendly

no price list for mini bar uless you have a smart phone with code reader- a bit weird for a traditional hotel

very welcoming, breakfast was excellent, bar a little overpriced

extremely comfortable and clean, superb breakfast

wifi was ok, as well as food
