hotel is well situated in center of town with quaint, relaxed coffee shop with outdoor bar & lawn seating in evening

and care of staff, great bar and restaurant, beautifully clean and comfortable first class scconodation

excellent restaurant and bar with amazing food and wonderful manager, chef and wait staff

except i wish they had erected a tent on the huge front yard for keeping the restaurant/ bar open for outside dining during covid during the week as well as on weekends

the menu and even stayed for the brunch on sunday, where the croque madame was delightful - the bar has an incredible vibe, chalet-like - nice trails around the property to go for runs - great

venue is so charming and makes you feel cozy where ever you are, whether in the bedroom, at the bar or having dinner

service at the bar was a bit slow during dinner, as a lot of people come from outside the hotel just for dinner

absolutely clean, cozy, tastefully decorated, friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely pool and fire pit area

breakfast, though promoted as continental, was surprisingly sparse of offerings

we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including kayaking, the sauna, and the swimming pool

location, being right on the lake with so many amenities, from lake activities, to saunas, to a pool and tennis court

unique building and decoration. good bar and restaurant on site. good location.

final note: we were told at the bar that, despite all the placards at the front desk and in the restaurant, none of the seasonal

helpful and friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant, room was very well set up and comfortable

sons provided us with excellent service, comfortable beds, extra touches like interesting mini bar, contemporary design, great fireplace in room, large rooms, great amenities, close to the train

although our rooms were above the bar, the music--not too loud, but audible-- stopped in time for a very quiet night's sleep

the location, the mood, the restaurant and bar space, the rooms styling, all perfect

the lounge seating area in the bar was a bit small and adjacent cafe area didn't have comfortable seating

with period decor and a separate sitting area, and a kitchenette with supplies and an al a carte bar with snacks
