friendly staff with a nice big bar and excellent food

due to the pandemic the spa was closed and bar area had limited hours

the only concern was a golfers buffet under the tent one evening

on floor big red stain on rug need to make sure wash clothes are also put in bathroom with the bar soap definitely need to vacuum rugs around the bed and in the halls and the stairwells i seen

breakfast bar was great the bacon, home fries and waffles were all great even the peach drink

both have c pap machine in the first room no outlets on wife’s side, then the handicap room the bar in the shower pulled out of wall

bar area (especially the outside patio)is pretty run down but the service was good (+) the b'fast bar can be a bit busy, and pretty (+) nice to have a bar and restaurant on-site, with a very pleasant restaurant/bar across the road (-)the bar located on site (+)served daily that i've did not have to worry about getting something to eat, at night the comfort bar restaurant open till 2am (+) great restuarant right accross the street, and also a bar rest at the site

no weights in the gym, broken machines.

the hotel is family friendly so if you're looking for a more lively bar/food scene stay in the actual town of greenport

the bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out
