the only let down was the bar staff wasn’t super friendly

grandkids loved the pool

the only issue we had was wifi wasn’t great, not a big deal except our kids are doing online school

the pool area was pretty loud, next time we will request a lakeside room and 4th floor due to kids running around the room above us

those out and opening them up for guests to use would not limit us to a pool area full of kids or a cool/dark front area

summerhouse room that we stayed was well done; however i did not like using the bar sink to brush my teeth and wash hands

on-site meal options were good, with a great breakfast buffet, a bar with simple offerings, and a nice restaurant for dinner

the pool was great, the room was lovely, and the food was good

parking lot was too small for our big truck.

17 years were helpful with answering questions about the town, the restaurants, ferry options and parking, etc

bar closed at 10 pm and because it was sprinkling and guests didn't have much of a desire to go out

breakfast bar and they put us in a corner small room facing the parking lot when the hotel was less than half
