they got there they didn’t even have my booking (this is the second time this has happened) the bar downstairs is rad, the rooms are good

ate in the bar which was freezing, as was the food shortly after it arrived at the table

entrance to the hotel part is not clearly marked, i had to go into a bar on a friday night (i was travelling with three children) to find someone to help me check in

had to go to the bar at the back of the hotel to have someone find the receptionist

room 104 you are right next to the pool, the bar and the main lobby
