the pool was very small for such a big hotel. the capacity was only 13

they advertised room service but there was not

there also needs to be 24/7 coffee and tea bar like any other hotel

the on site snack bar with starbucks coffee was handy as was the computer stations and lots of comfortable and open

most hotels offer coffee bar all day for no charge

restaurant and bar on property,it does not exist, strong oder of chlorine, told that room wouldn't be cleaned

the bar was closed the two nights we were there (sunday and monday).

(-)think the dining room was understaffed in the evening -- the barman, mike, was also seating dinner guests and busing tables; this slowed down bar service (*) drinks were great, bartender was cool, waitress spent some quality time talking to us (the one who puts together the (+) the gathering room with bar and fireplace were perfect for hanging out (+) the inn had a lovely bar with a roaring fire that was very comfortable and inviting (+) the restaurant and the bar were inviting
