we had perfect room for 2 adults and 3 kids

the room was very comfortable and the bar area was very welcoming with lovely staff

the bar drinks menu is very comprehensive and well thought out

special shout-out to bruce, who, that evening, was on-duty at both the front desk and behind the bar when we decided upon a nightcap

we enjoyed a relaxing drink in the bar before heading out to dinner to find a delightful variety of eateries on both sides of the

bar meals were limited and nothing local or french on the menu

as soon as we checked in and didn’t leave us wifi password & we couldn’t get a drink from the bar as no staff

emailed key box instructions and let ourselves into a dark entrance hall (all curtains in the bar and restaurant closed) and never saw a soul

they were helpful with laundry, we had a cider nightcap one night
