a better introduction to the facilities when we got there - ie we didn't know if there was a bar or a salon, if there were walks from the hotel into the surrounding countryside

it was nice to have the refrigerator with bar items available as well as a daily bottle of water

the shared kitchen had everything we needed and great to have the cafe downstairs
