like the location, its very quiet the pool area it’s amazing and the bar it’s wonderful

some times pool was rented for party and as guest i couldn’t use it.

is aroud 30 minutes from guanajuato city, in green area, big territory with little farm, what our kids liked a lot

was a noisy group of kids staying at the hotel near our reserved rooms, so the staff offered us to stay in bigger rooms

day i stayed there was a big group of kids that camped trough the night they where playing and screaming till 11 pm we where really tired

the stay was pleasant the staff at the bar was great so were the cleaning lady..

traffic noise considering it's right next to the highway, though a little does come from the pool area

bar is awesome, i don't know why there weren't more people up there at night

so lucky i got the last room available and the firework show from the rooftop bar is unforgettable

it would have been nice to have a bar available in the hotel before 6:00pm.

my wife and sister-in-law could not stop raving about the basement pool and hot tub

need to improve service little bit since they didn t have pool towels and we only had one towel in our room to use

reason i liked it because it has its own valet parking that counts for 100% it has nice little bar at the back that's

the noise level can be higher downstairs of course where the restaurant and bar are located

back bar was comfortable and excellent staff and drinks

have breakfast at the hotel, as we wanted to explore the so many options around the city, but the bar is really cute
