was perfect for me, being a vegetarian, there was so much fruit for breakfast and a big salad bar for lunch and dinner

the breakfast bar that was included was a great mix of costa rican fare

last year and left underwhelmed for the price so this year we ate at the poolside cafe and the bar ordering off the menu

staff was fabulous - especially appreciated the bar tender putting on world cup

not within walking distance to small stores or other restaurants, other than the facilities owned bar an restaurant

old linens holes in the ceiling pool was in bad condition massive amounts of tiles missing one bar of soap and two towels total

the room i had moved to had less noise from the bar but at 3:30 am i was woken up again by loud music and the window vibrating from the bass

plenty of safe parking in the back, away from street which faces the bar which seems to be open all night and does not feel safe on that side

watching the sunset at the el mirador bar was a perfect way to end the day

also, the swim up bar was closed when we went, i was told it was being worked on and i was really looking forward to

you must go to the sunset bar and try the mountain water

the rooms are big and very clean, pool is huge, tropical and has a swim up bar with delicious drinks and snacks, the hot springs and spa are wowwwwww

the pool bar and its staff were also excellent, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere

spa treatments maybe a little bit expensive staff should speak better english

springs were relaxing and comfortable, the spa was affordable, the steak and sea bass were great

aurora at the spa gives a fantastic massage

family traveling with 3 kids, and it exceeded our expectations

we also scheduled appointments at the spa for facials and massage

food to our room when we left the pool and it would be there by the time we were showered; the bar poured fantastic drinks (happy hour was a real win (+) the facility was clean and cozy, the food was really good and the bar was nice as well (+)the service at the bar was great (+)location near airport. the service on the front desk was amazing! the bar was really good. (-) you only get a bar of soap but for the price you pay you should at least get a quality make of liquid soap in a (+) love the hotel, helpful and friendly staff, the beautiful pool, and wonderful bar and restaurant

their free shuttle runs nonstop every 15-20 minutes and their shuttle drivers are highly efficient
