the rooms are of a high standard and the restaurant and bar are excellent

i also likes the little bar of soap that they provided

at least, you can ask at the bar we did complain and got an acceptable resolution, however nothing said from the manager

right at the laguna serves delicious food, the rooms are clean and spacious and we enjoyed the pool area

i would definitely stay here as opposed to the ixpanpajul hotel because of the pool

only negative thing i can say is that there is a noisy bar/nightclub near that kept me from sleeping well
