the steak house was closed in wednesday but the bar food was very good in the portage bay bar

the grab bar was very helpful too

at the hotel restaurant, i believe it's called northwater, was excellent and there's also a snack bar if you're not that hungry or arrive too late for dinner

when travelling or having to be in a hotel due to unforeseen circumstances, a microwave and bar fresh due would have been great, would have made the stay perfect

no amenities in the room, like no bar fridge? great for short stays but not so great for long.
