there was a lovely atmosphere in the bar with rugby playing and the room was just perfect

well stocked bar and fabulous food

even with me turning up later than planned and also suggested i could order dinner in the bar and they bring it across to me

they moved us to a room with a bath and discounted our stay as an apology with drinks from the bar on the house

and i just found out that this inn was selected as the overall winner of the national pub & bar awards 2022

they had a pool but we did not go for a swim

it has a swimming pool in the garden, and a bathing house to change in

is just gorgeous, the gardens were perfectly manicured, the host was warm and welcoming and the pool was a great added bonus

and enthusiastic from peter the bell captain to the waiters in the restaurant and the lads at the bar who made amazing cocktails

restaurant not available on sunday and monday maybe bar snacks could be available.

there was nobody serving at the bar even if we had wanted a drunk after dinner

i d also like to say victoria on the bar was great with all the visitors and great fun

i was being really critical i would say the carpet in places was well worn & one of the bar staff would sooner stack shelves than serve customers but it wouldn t stop me going back

only experienced the bar and breakfast in the morning but both were excellent

the interior of the property was nothing short of cozy & welcoming - we enjoyed some tea in the bar and was just lovely
