country music club with a live rodeo in club half mile from hotel and not to mention open free bar from 5-7 pm

trying to order room service at 9pm, the phones didn't work, went down to the bar sat there for 20 minutes, customers left, no one could find the bartender

swimming pool water was super cold otherwise no issues
