bar staff were not customer focussed

nice spacious rooms, lovely bar environment, very good spa area. friendly staff.

reception area was too big and not very welcoming. the music from the bar area was far too loud.

the staff working evening shift at the hotel terrace bar were terrible, took them 45 minutes to take our order and 30 more minutes to serve our drinks,

the river and walk is out the back with some small bars nice place to stay

the breakfast, considering the period of covid was quite complete

sufficient but slightly limited variety in the buffet breakfast.

the advantage is a well-maintained large pool and the possibility of sitting around it, even in the shade
