plunge aquatic centre was a disappointment: expensive fir what it is, pool was dirty and not as heated as advertise

downside is we’re unable to try the outdoor pool because the available times were already full until the next day

condos are not provided with the same amenities as the other types of rooms (no pool time allowed for those in condo)

for example, during one night stay , family with kids will not be able to use the pool at all

front desk and the restaurant/ bar staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
