being friendly and having a smile is all about the hotel didn't offer a map, we had to ask no bar open no outside

there is a pleasant outdoor bar area in the castle gardens just outside the wall, and beautiful views if you go up the steps to

not get anyone to serve us a drink in the outdoor bar area - took half an hour and 2 trips to reception to get any action

it was a shame the bar in the garden wasn t open when we visited but everything else is great

if they revamp their food and beverage program, the restaurant and bar would be extremely successful
