service was really lacking, several minutes would pass while sitting in bar area, no drinks were offered or even bar top chat from those behind the counter

our room was directly next to the bar area and main entry/parlor, on the street, and the lack of privacy and noise

we moved to the lounge but before you could say boo the bar was cleared shut down and the staff gone
