front desk staff and the womantending the bar in the evening and the waitress were all exceptional

the bar was gorgeous! beautiful upscaling of an old building.

great coffee bar in the mornings

since it resembles a motel lobby and the bar is usually closed with sit-down areas mostly deserted at all times, it falls below expectations

each floor has its own coffee bar with cappuccino, lattes, americano coffees, teas, hot chocolate and several

we enjoyed drinks and snacks in the outdoor bar area that has a slight view of the lake, but there's also a 2nd floor terrace/gathering space

staff did not turn on the outdoor fire pits with 15 minutes left of having the outdoor bar being open

the coffee bar on each floor was an excellent touch

only thing i didn’t like was that the bar wasn’t open in the evening on saturday night or sunday new year’s eve

definitely could have done another day wish there was more adult things in the water park but the kids had a blast would have loved the hot

i also work in the food service and bar tending business and have never been treated soo poorly

walked to the in hotel bar at the 99 for drinks the bartender was friendly and awesome
