pool was clean and a great temperature and my kids loved it

they also have a warm outdoor pool, which was rewarding after a hike in the mountains

i also loved that the bar was one of the most popular places for skiers at the end of the day

bartenders were not great, they took care of the local crowed and seemed to feel bothered at times

location is great. staff is friendly. bar is fun for apre ski.

the spa suites are amazing, everything was perfect great staff free breakfast

parking at night was challenging

wanted room service and the bistro apparently got slammed and i had to go get our food

machines in the laundry and vending area were out of service or took money without providing the item

we had a king room w/a fireplace, desk area, sitting area and even a bar area

they have a coffee bar and snacks all day as well as free champagne in the evening

great location, great food across the street at sidewinders sportsgrill, sushi bar etc.

hotel would have benefitted from an on site bar area as it was a short drive from the main jackson hole town

i wish there would have been a cocktail bar ....
