love the lobby bar set up and complimentary parking

went down to bar for dinner and had excellent service from bartenders

a complimentary breakfast and/or a coffee/tea bar would have been nice.

i like the bar & starbucks. also it was really clean & close to everything!

hot tub was broken and full of stagnant water, pool was dirty, hallway smelled like vinyl

even though the hotel shows they have a pool wit a hot tub, the hot tub had no water in it

went to use the hot tub since the bath wasn’t what it was supposed to be, and the pool/hot tub was closed due to covid

getting bit , the hot tub at the pool not working. people at the pool too loud

the bar is a great place to hang out. good food and good drinks. bartender was great!

complaint was that bill did not reflect menu prices, it was about 30% higher than shown, and bar drink was 50%
