for pool and spa got none of these you overcharged for amenities no cleaning of rooms very unhappy you should

we signed up for the rewards program (free) and got early check in and late check out

reveals itself with poor sound insulation, thin walls let you hear your neighbors and kids running up and down the hallway makes for a noisy environment
