bathroom area design was very well thought out,,loved the hide away fridge and microwave, free breakfast and cooked to order,friendly

room service has gone from actual plates, glasses, etc

kitchenette was too small for a hotel with a reputation as embassy suites

mto omelet bar was unexpected

to get through to room service and front desk

the complimentary breakfast was made to order and the server was excellent

breakfast is served at a different location but worth the drive

the staff is very welcoming, and breakfast in the morning is excellent
