asked for some water as i had a kidney infection, room service lady when i told her about infection went to get me more water

shame kids have limited time slot in the pool (but understandable if you have no kids).

wifi was very poor and could have had more staff on at breakfast time

only comment l would say is the pool hours for kids coyod be a little more flexible
