my kids loved the heated pool and it was a nice end to our busy day

one elevator was broken and it was big hotel and elevators were needed, especially after the free breakfast rush

did not like that the wifi was not included and that the parking was very expensive and that they charged you

have helped to have some extra signs directing you to where the pool and gym areas were located

the rooms are loft style and the lobby is full of very awesome art work and fun activities like a pool table

the staff were all extremely friendly, the hotel bar was very relaxing & the bartender was very helpful with

no hangers in master closet, no key for safe, poor lighting in kitchen and the wifi would be fine if it weren

just renovated & i think the breakfast selection actually shrank instead of grew

everything but breakfast. there was none even though it was promised on the itinerary.
