great pool. friendly staff

one washer on a back patio does not a laundry make

location is good parking for are truck and trailer is one of the reasons we stay there

the gym has absolutely top of the line equipment and was a pleasure to use

the panoramic views on the pool deck are blocked by trees and foliage

quiet room and were 2 doors from the elevator and could hear the street noise and noise from the pool area above

and they forgot to charge 300$ for mini bar and kept bothering me after i returned back from the states

also there was no room service menu in the room

the pool bar seemed a tad understaffed on a busy sunday before a holiday.

we're ordered room service for one breakfast and went to the buffet once

prices at the bar are high. food and drink prices.

was my first time visiting the pool, i thought it was rather small for the size of this hotel

down the best hotel we have stayed at so far, with and without our kids, always a great

you advertise as being pet friendly then be pet friendly

smoke detector started beeping at 6am due to dead battery and workout equipment in gym was not all working

very good stuff, good breakfast, comfortable bed

hotel was not pet friendly - but the room was not very clean - e

my kids were shaking in fear it was so bad

the gym deserves a touch up.

i wish the lobby bar stayed open later.

the restaurant was excellent and the rooftop pool with bar was perfect (we were fortunate to get there early

their version of room service was inadequate.

suites thought it would have a kitchen because it said suites

gym was tiny and there was a leak from the ceiling covering most of the floor

breakfast was great and the location was perfect.

like that there was a delicious hot breakfast made to order and an afternoon snack time

noisy kids and security issues never handled by the staff. will not stay here again

hard i'm maintance was working her tail off for everyone bar tender ran the show outside by the pool great guy

another hotel but because we were only staying for 1 day & had came in very late with super tired kids that were

to more umbrellas in the pool area

it really wasn t bad, i just felt as if my kids were probably getting on everybody s nerves at the pool

washing machine was broken throughout my entire stay(there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the laundry room)

dirt, leaves in slider tracks, pool furniture busted at the seams- not just 1 piece , multiple chairs tattered

it wasn't not easy to get to. only pool was available... no other amenities.

gym was very nice looking although i didn't get to use it because i have an injury

the free shuttle to bg was such a plus

area with pullout couch would allow for privacy if sharing the room with another couple or kids

tiki bar was shut down

continental breakfast was great - good variety, very yummy

also you can t beat 24 hour pool and gym access

staff were excellent. room service was extremely fast

menu; it is really noisy sitting by the pool with the cars fro the freeway and the trains.
