serene park-like pool area

avg cleanliness gym bike not working place is always packed with groups of minors roaming halls and leaving messes

enjoyed having a balcony and the pool area was nice. enjoyed going for a swim.

hotel is tired, needs an upgrade, a/c in the lobby was not working, location was great to casino and concert at the fairgrounds

loved the island spice chicken and margaritas at the bar as well as the baby grand piano

i had left my purse on the chair of the hotel bar and completly forgot about it

we are excited to come back and enjoy the pool, as well as their restaurant and cafe

i called numerous hotels in the tampa bay area for an early check in

the pool got constant beautiful sunshine.

spacious and beautifully decorated room , staff were all amazing from front desk to valet , great bar in lobby , close to arena

ich i did to go downstairs to do laundry in the early evening and wasn't going to take 2 dogs with me to the laundry room)

were fortunate to get there early so we got great chairs)

even bar prices weren't terrible for a top quality hotel

for what it was, the gym wasn't that bad either

the view at night was very nice and the pool area with drink and food specials was good too.

another hotel but because we were only staying for 1 day & had came in very late with super tired kids that were ready for bed, we didn’t make a fuss

the hotel had no bar until 5:00 and then closed at 9:00, just not the quality for close to $300

room was great, the bathrooms were clean, the bar was great, the staff was exceptional

the pool was too cold to go in and even too cold to sit at because it doesn’t get much sun

close to bush gardens and the shuttle was awesome !

00 dollar charge fee for early check in

gym was very nice looking although i didn't get to use it because i have an injury

loved the pool setting and the different activities their was 2 do we liked the ping pong table and pool

kids didn't like that the wifi was in and out but other than that we will definitely be visiting

the rooftop bar, the room service, the helpful staff, the beds were soooooo comfy, it was so close to

bar closes too early at 11p

the rooftop bar had an awesome view of the city and

the prices for the mini bar items.... so tempting but far too overpriced

roof top bar closed on sunday of holiday weekend.
