pool was a bit cold and drinks were expensive

i had to call down for extra blankets because of my kids and she was not rude about me calling back to back

my kids slept n the sofa bed and were bitten by bugs and had a rash from bites

was not included, the pool need more maintenance and we have to pay for the parking
