pool n gym closed, breakfast not offered

i appreciated that the gym reopened the next day

i know they will say they closed the pool from covid but i call bs because the gym was open and they don’t require masks for vaccinated people

quick early check in. great staff in the front!!

location, lovely bar and restaurant, excellent and large pool, free coffee in foyer, comfortable rooms, recently

they had a shuttle service

were pretty loud and kids were running up and down the hallway other than that i will be coming back

gym is newly remodelled and is excellently equiped (works with my polar heart rate monitor chest (+) hotel features such as the spa, bar , gym, grotto were awesome (+)the layout is great! staff was excellent. the gym was amazing! (+) swimming-pool, gym, hair- salon, strategic position close to providence mall e whole (-)the water machine in the gym was not working. (+) we felt like celebrities :)) gym is very good and a heated pool is a huge plus (+) we liked the amenities of the restaurant, salon, pool, jacuzzi, gym and the cleanliness (+)location, very nice pool-area and gym (+)comfortable, good location, gym, food options from area restaurants (via delivery services such as grubhub) numerous (+) pool area was nice although some storms prevented use and gym more than adequate for a hotel

relaxing pool area and common areas also shuttle service to the city with pick up .

heated pool, new fitness center and great samsung plus channels if you like top notch movies

but the kids enjoyed it

too many kids at pool. didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. no complimentary breakfast

pool was nice, a little hot if you were just sitting there

stayed in one of the apartment style rooms with our family of 4 (2 kids ages 6 and 2) to visit newport, uri (we are alum), and ri beaches (-)the water in the sinks were super hot the kids almost got burned. (+) looked like a safe place to let your kids play (+) we here often over last several years as a family (for the apartment) dine in with the kids after beach days back at the motel- works for us (+)grass area for kids, jigger s restaurant was good.

parking space could use some work

minimal parking and i had a minor issue with the shower.

they offered smoke fre and pet fee rooms which we needed

the wifi was weak. the beds were on the firm side. could use hair dryer in room.

hotel desk staff very helpful. bistro bar staff were helpful.

of room for two people in the lobby they have starbucks good coffee clean also have gym and a pool

i wish i had brought a swimsuit, as most hotel pools are still closed

enjoyed the heated salt water pool

kitchen and living room were clean and cozy

we were on our own--like a mini house and lots of amenities, including washer/dryer, kitchen to cook and two bathrooms

the pool was warm, and clean, i got a massage while there, and left felling like a new woman

the on-site spa was a nice addition

everyone who works there was welcoming, from valet guts to the room service ladies

and we were very welcome as a family with 2 little kids

the spa services were excellent

was delicious, we ordered room service and it arrived very quickly

the location was decent, we walked to the wharf, the local parks, shopping, dining, a kids arcade
