and helpful we arrived very early and she secured our cases in a back room and as breakfast bar still open made us a couple of coffees-which we obviously paid for

we enjoyed using the jacuzzi and the mini indoor pool

parking was difficult we had to change rooms as we were in a dark dungeon like room.

the cabins were spotlessly clean, staff very friendly, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious and fresh and the whole atmosphere just very relaxing

we had no wifi in the annex - and were told that there is none

wifi not strong and also automatically disconnected every 3 hrs.

we would accept it if it was possible to buy something to drink something at the hotel's bar - and it was but only until 8 pm

- we did not use the attached hotel bar/cafe, but would have liked to try the bar food in the evening if we had been staying longer

the reception, bar and comfortable lounges, area (with fire) were great as was the 'beach' walk to the restaurants

satellite connection for tv not that great. drinks at the open bar were not cold.

inconvenient entry to lobby, from parking use slow elevator 1 flight up or stairs down the up again

of pear each morning brought to the table, although a bottle of apple juice was brought from the bar when i asked for some, same with yoghurt, none on offer so again it was fetched when we asked

on the arrival, you enter the hotel through the bar area: it's very crowded and confusing, nothing welcoming at all

it was odd that all bar one of the local restaurants was closed for most of the time we were there

no bar or restaurant open and no reception arriving or leaving ( we knew the restaurant was closed )

the bar was not somewhere we could sit when we didn't want to be in our room as it was used as the
