all the toys and activities for the kids.

there are grills available for use, a nice area out back where the kids were able to play after a long day in the car, a volleyball net, soccer balls, etc

my kids loved it

verry quaint, peaceful and relaxing! close to sleeping bear dunes, wineries, and casinos :)

nice room for the money, clean, well-equipped. good wifi and cable tv

the motels fault, but some guy parked his vehicle with a boat along the parking area taking up much needed parking for others

small shower. not an abundance of parking.

i arrived early and she had the room cleaned and available for an early check in

clean rooms, good food in restaurant. enjoyed the room service for good and drinks.

negative i can think of is the front non waterfront view rooms-the parking lot lights are very bright at night and even with curtain closed it seemed like daytime

could see water damage in walls of bathroom and the ceiling by the spa tub

the spa bath was only big enough for one, but was nice anyway!

was great, spa tub was wonderful, view was perfect

was adequate, some daily variety would make it better we were on the ground floor with the spa tub in the room, found that a bit strange with the tub almost next to the bed

i wasn’t sure i would, but i really enjoyed the spa tub too

bed and spa bath were extremely comfortable which was excellent for my husband whom has a bad back

spa tub in my room was worth every penny i spent on the room

a complaint, but we wish there were more breakfast options

the location of the dining room was convieniently near the pool and office

breakfast wasn’t what i expected compared to other basic hotels and resorts

loved the pool, gym and arcade. also that there was a pizza delivery service.

the lights under the kitchen cabinets were very hot and we noticed they were melted

the lakefront views, the large size of the room, the breakfast, just about everything.

location was great and the beach, pool area and patio/balconies were perfect

everything - breakfast in small lobby had high quality cereal in individual containers, yogurt, breakfast bars

hot breakfast is a lot better then snack breakfast.

parking is limited, but we never had an issue getting a spot

the rooftop bar is a big disappointment as they could do so much more with the space

parking is a nightmare

great location, easy parking and close to everything if you have a car

the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in request.

i asked for early check in so i could get the keys prior to heading to crystal mountain resort for a wedding

very nice breakfast experience overlooking the bay

we got here 15 minutes before our early check in so i called and sure enough it was already ready

having the options for a small beach and both and indoor and outdoor pool for the kids onsite made for relaxing afternoons

breakfast was nice, even had gluten free avail which is rare, and much appreciated

indoor pool was closed.

only one small trash can in the whole condo - in bath, none in kitchenette

were pleasantly surprised by the amenities in the room as the photos when booking showed a kitchenette but we had full kitchen, fridge, stove ect

the outdoor pool was an added bonus for the kids and the playground area with a fire pit and other yard games was an awesome amenity as well

the staff and we love having the pool

the staff was excellent, the bathrooms were clean, lots of places for the kids to run.
