wifi in room was low and basically useless

we also had a blackout twice, so no wifi in the room, which was a problem for me because i had to work

we where travling two adults and one kid and the host realize that our room

was dirty, the sheets looked like they had not been changed at all, we booked a room for 2 adults and a teenage girl and got a room with one 1,4 m wide bed,

when i booked, i said we are two adults with three years old baby

guests who went to the concert arrived back at the hotel at 12:30-12:45 am and were told the bar was closed

i have kids with some specialities, and there was a misunderstanding concerning three cleaners who cleaned

our luggage and were allowed to stay and use all the facilities until we caught the 4pm free shuttle bus to the airport

i went to ask to reception and the system showed only two breakfasts for adults and not my kids
