the outdoor hydrotherapy pool was amazing

spa facilities, near to other attractions and liverpool, we have been before some years ago,

signal and wifi is poor

although, the wifi didn t reach the rooms or most of our corridor

was very big with lots of parking and many places to go and do things like a restaurant or bar oh places to sit and of course

and an early check in which was incredible

location early check in codes to access property - useful for a group clean, large

the kitchen have full set

all facilities given in the kitchen and bathroom

it is just that while we had kids our view was a gentleman's club and this was a little noisy at time

properly stocked with kitchen stuff, 2nd apartment not properly stocked need at least 4 place

the kids said the bed settee which they slept on was very uncomfortable

called me a liar for saying i booked early check in especially when i even showed them proof

no bar or cafe.

mini bar facilities if needed

the room was comfortable and spotless and the mini bar even though we didn't use it is a nice touch

service staff friendly hotel was lovley and clean there was a mini bar in the room and prices are not bad at all will be booking to stay here

the staff is awesome, great breakfast, nice location, rooms extremely large.

decor when you first walked in was so lovely, nice bar with good selection of drinks

loud music from the bar downstairs

great price, good room and breakfast was perfect

gym great wifi fab breakfast great towels and clean - fab location and price - really friendly

early check in, friendly staff, ability to leave our bags in reception on check out day

availability of late check out, spacious room, very safe area, taxi availability.
