clean nice outside pool all year around and the balcony was nice to have for the kids to see

the kitchen was a very good feature because it is complete with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven,

we were there with our whole family and purchased day passes for the kids

completely misinformed about almost every aspect of the facility, found out on day 3 there was a gym, multiple items in the room were broken or missing, the pullout couch was uncomfortable with

the outdoor pool was great because it is heated so it was perfect for the kids - even our 6 mo old baby

they gave us late check out then tried to kick us out before

2 minutes walk to all the activities and pool been open late and the amazing jacuzzi

while there is a pool and hot tub for adult use, young kids are still running room-to-room/around the grounds telling and being

esp in the morning and esp when there is no other source onsite and esp when you have two kids under 5 years old

pool was nice and clean

also, they had unheated pools which was closed because of the winter, and the kids were a little disappointed

suite was perfect for the 4 of us- the kids got their privacy and we got ours

and i had to have staff up to unit many times to fix tv and dvd player, the equipment in the gym is old and half of it doesn’t work anymore

also tried to book a tee time with cranberry golf club and they could not accommodate us over two days

great stay at living water! nice pool with great hours. room was very clean and modern!

to the blue mountains where there are additional activities of zip line, roller coaster, bagjump, golf, mountain biking, hiking and loads of lovely restaurants
