everything is amazing pool and beach and the island

every single dish we ate was gourmet including the complimentary breakfast

ocean, private beach was a dream, exclusive location, spotless resort, extremely attentive staff, breakfast bar was exceptional

the breakfast was very good and filling. highlight of the day

the hotel had only arranged jet skiing and instead of the ship wreck, we went to noah’s ark (a bar in the middle of the sea) which we had already been too a couple of days beforehand

only stayed one night but the villa was beautiful, absolutely great for the kids

yet the owner lives in one of the villas and has two dogs that must have been unattended as they barked for a couple hours one afternoon on their deck

even had our very own splash pool

villa was spacious with an excellent equipped kitchen

the beach next to the property is extremely nice and safe for little kids (essentially no waves and very shallow water)

the gym. especially did not like that numbers for combo lock at front door were washed out.

the studio was very big, with all necessary amenities, beds were comfortable, kitchen very ample, and a nice terrace

pool area was nice and had a good view of the ocean

the pool was well cared for

no dishwasher/laundry detergent

the pool and roof top could be opened a little later.

since the people are so great at zenza, they’ll take you to the beach and pick you up in their golf cart

they have bicycles on site that you can use to explore and they also provide golf cart rides to the local beaches

the hotel also has private beach access, free bike and golf cart drop off to the hotel beach

there were a few great food options right next to the hotel and my 6 year old son enjoyed the pool while my 2 year old son enjoyed watching the boats

we love the heated pool, the ease of beach access including the gentle slope into the water and only 2 steps to the

the food and beverages offered were delicious, especially the plentiful breakfast

the food served on property was good, the breakfast buffet was substantial and delicious

generally, we would have to go to the bar to order and (if you could find a bartender) wait a long time to be served

my kids didn’t love it, so we ended up getting other options off the menu, which were better (e

we had breakfast at one of the tables at the dunes (the restaurant with tables over looking the ocean

the somewhere bar is great, but you only have the option of that cuisine

gym was a joke, breakfast is weak sauce but uou dont go to this location for them so no biggie but

we had spa services and loved our massages

breakfast continental had a very limited menu

the continental breakfast was also excellent and plentiful

breakfast could be more elaborated but overall was a great stay

amazing place, incredible facilities. breakfast was really good and the staff very kind.

if you need a ton of amenities like paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, large pool and such then you may not enjoy your stay

there was a beach bar located right on the property which was not only convenient but it also offered the best beach

it had a lovely beachside breezy restaurant and bar that was open from 7 am to 10 pm

the pool is very small and was difficult to use.

kitchen was well furnished, even a blender for making pina colada's or what ever you want

all but spa and hospitality area

loved the 2 bedroom suite with fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer (detergent provided), 2 full bathrooms

hemingways restaurant and bar excellent

stroll down the beach just once a day, most of the time we had to go and take our drinks from the bar ourselves

are very comfortable and equipped with washer/dryer, microwave oven, small fridge, basically mini kitchen

we had access to the private beach access, beautiful pool, amazing service throughout the property

don't miss out on the spa service either while there, jasmine gave me the best most relaxing 3

service at the only pool bar restaurant was slow as they seem to be always short

if we'd have been so happy if the hotel had been full, as our room was on ground floor near the pool and a little way across from the outdoor bar

nice large kitchen for eating meals at the room

no rush for chairs at the beach, secluded pool, walking distance to salt mills plaza, shops at regent grand, restaurants

fully equipped mini kitchen and top end furnishings

it has a large pool and big fluffy beach towels

the hotel amenities include free bike rental, a large infinity pool, east and west gazebo areas with one grill on each side, and a small gym

the fitness center was adequate though small

rooms were clean and well stocked for using the kitchen

the pool is nice though it is located inside the complex versus beachside

wished the bar was open beyond five pm.

gym could be bigger. poolside bar could stay open longer.

the grounds, pool area and property was always looking beautiful and inviting

the rooms (all 3) had either a complete or small kitchen with fridge to keep our things cold

love if they had a bigger bar and/or hangout spot/place to eat - but there are so many places to eat in walking distance it

pool was small. no grounds to go for a walk.

i came into with a twin bed and they gave me a king room right by the pool beautiful facility

you can either walk or take the extended golf cart shuttle

- good gym, however a smelly moistures

a well appointed kitchen for the size

continental breakfast included it was easy just popping down to the pool area but sooooooooo much throw-away plastic and polystyrene used which begs the question of

nice patio/ deck and it was not a huge resort with tons of kids or noise

goods, full of high fructose corn syrup and other dangerous chemicals: only bread and cereals for kids packed with refined sugar

we enjoyed casa nonna, coralli, noori, and room service all exceeded expectations

condo's next door was a little disruptive but didn't impact the trip too much at all at the adult poolside but they were transparent about this on booking

about the resort was 5*, amazing staff and service

some guests at the pool were really very loud, not having in consideration other guests

breakfast was fine and convenient

facilities of the hotel are nice including lounge chairs, pool, bars and gym

our room was perfectly laid out with a very well equipped kitchen

unit we stayed in was modern, large and spacious and walked right out to the pool

location - not on grace bay beach, and we had to take a shuttle to get to the beach every day.

we missed out on eating in salt bar as a result in fact nobody even told us it served dinner

dreadful at times waiting for food & drinks on the beach or at the pool

i loved the gym
