the wifi was terrible in our room.

the pool area is so beautiful at night and has an awesome view to the beach

the bar and balcony were fantastic for views, lovely and shady to escape the full sun

hotel is convenient inside el tunco, with a great view of the beach by the pool

we paid $93 dollars and don't even offer shampoo, only two pieces of bar soap

my family loved the convenience of having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel, which was a big plus for them

more chairs at pool for relaxing.

room service and cleanliness was on point the security goes above and beyond to make you feel

we had the jasmine suite for our family of 4 (kids 17/18)

more breakfast options

no cable, no wifi and veeery expensive, better stay in other hotel next time

the $ amount charged there should be some type of inclusive with the prices, breakfast or drinks

breakfast was ok. but not salt. d

breakfast no to many choices

my kids enjoyed the space and having little hammer crabs around to explore they included breakfast and that

leo and mario took great care of us at the bar (reception was also very kind)

the staff is helpful, the bar has very nice cocktail and the food is delicious

wifi was absolutely horrible, my towels were dirty, the shower head would spray water everywhere

the pool super

it s perfect to get surf lessons, they have a lap pool and a great gym

need a better gym - could be enclosed with ac and an elliptical or treadmill or bike

the restaurant covana kitchen was reaaaaally good

the offer for breakfast should be open to the à la carte menu and not just the house menu

at the gym, there were no cups at the water cooler when i asked why, the manager said it was because

the pool area is not clean or inviting, and the tile is extremely slippery i slipped while entering

i had to ask for wifi twice

was beautiful - nice to be on the ocean and still have the option of a private pool and terrace

in the pictures ot look great but the place needs some investment, specially the swimming pool

from the pool to the yoga studio, the staff and the food, it was a pleasure being

it was clean, spacious, well-equipped, with a lovely pool and pool-side bar serving great food

our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen etc

the drinks and bar food were great

wonderful, chill vibe at the gorgeous pool area, with a fantastic view

the person who took our breakfast order was rude.

no wifi in rooms, wifi in restaurant is slow - water in rooms is only cold and not clean, cannot even

breakfast wasn t enough platanos fritos. ud83dude03no crema.

nice place for kids and surfers. view is also good.

breakfast was good and fresh, a few options available

we only stayed one night so not sure if you can use kitchen 7

the security gate and free parking was unreal and generated better sense of safety, even though the town itself

so much shared space with hammocks, tables, chairs, terraces and a kitchen

ac cold, bathroom clean, pool was refreshing

place is dirty and abandoned: this goes for the terrace, the kitchen and you guess it: the rooms

the gym equipment needs maintenance.
