no breakfast as advertised, with covid being used as an excuse when other motels here now have
mediocre breakfast.
advertises breakfast, then uses pandemic, which is over, to justify 'bait and switch': no breakfast; not even

my husband had to park the car in a parking garage and when he retrieved the car there were 2 kids clearly doing drugs in the garage at 9:30 in the morning staff was curt and offered no

pool was closed but that was because of covid.
a large group and one of the reasons we chose this hotel in november was for the indoor heated pool and heated whirlpool, which ended up being cold and not usable
